Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed before 3:00 pm will be processed on the same business day. 
  • Orders placed after 3:00 pm will be processed starting from the next business day.
  • Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Once dispatched, delivery is estimated to take 7 to 10 business days.

  • All orders delivered within Australia qualify for free shipping.
  • Tracking information will be provided as soon as the order has been dispatched.
  • Delivery is available within Australia only.

6 . Order Cancellation
Order cancellations are subject to our Order Cancellation Policy.

  • Customers may request to cancel an order within a maximum of 24 hours after purchase, provided that the order has not yet been dispatched.
  • If the order has already been shipped or the 24-hour cancellation period has expired, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • Orders that include custom-made, personalised, or customer-specific products cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

  • The right of return applies only to items that are unused, undamaged, complete, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.
  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • Due to the nature of furniture products and their handling requirements, each return request is treated as a separate return case.
  • Customers wishing to purchase alternative items may place a new order on our website.
  • Personalised products, custom-made items, or products manufactured according to specific customer requirements are not eligible for return.
  • Returned items must be in original condition; items showing signs of use or damage will not be accepted.
  • An electronic return label will be provided. Customers must download, print, and attach the label to the return package prior to shipment.
