1 . Delivery Area
We currently provide delivery services within Australia only. All goods are shipped via designated partner carriers to ensure reliable and secure delivery, with full shipment tracking available throughout the delivery process.
2 . Shipping Fees
All orders delivered within Australia are eligible for free shipping. There is no minimum purchase requirement, and no additional delivery charges apply.
3 . Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders placed before 3:00 pm will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm will be processed starting from the next business day. Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Once an order has been prepared, it will be handed over to the carrier for delivery. During peak periods, order preparation times may be extended, and customers will be informed in a timely and transparent manner.
4 . Shipping Method & Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery is estimated to take 7 to 10 business days. In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will make every reasonable effort to manage and resolve the situation appropriately.
5 . Taxes
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable Australian taxes. Unless otherwise requested by the customer, no additional charges will be collected upon delivery.
6 . Order Tracking
Once the order has been dispatched, customers will receive an email containing a tracking number. Customers may track their shipment in real time using the tracking link provided in the email. For any enquiries, customers may contact our customer service team and provide their order number for assistance.
7 . Liability and Claims
The risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to the customer only upon successful delivery of the order. If a customer receives a parcel that is damaged or appears to have been tampered with, the customer must notify the carrier immediately upon delivery and contact Comfyene within 48 hours, clearly describing the issue and providing photographs where possible. Each case will be reviewed in a transparent manner, and an appropriate resolution will be proposed in accordance with applicable regulations. We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
